DynamicWeb strengthens its support unit with new Care department

New DynamicWeb Care department led by Rasmus Damgaard, Director of Care, giving both DynamicWeb partners and customers the best possible service and support experience.

DynamicWeb Care becomes a reality on April 4th and is a consolidation of two support departments.

This enables more capabilities to support DynamicWeb customers and partners on all matters related to DynamicWeb.

DynamicWeb is experiencing accelerated growth and to keep pace on the growth path, DynamicWeb is implementing a new ticket system to manage all issues, questions and/or requests. Additionally, DynamicWeb keeps its Developer Forum, where all certified DynamicWeb developers can respond directly and help each other in the dynamicweb.community. 

With the implementation of the new Care unit, DynamicWeb confirms a new key hire to drive this business area. Rasmus Damgaard is the new Director for DynamicWeb Care, and he will be committed to providing DynamicWeb customers with the right service at the right time. DynamicWeb Care is cooperating closely with the DynamicWeb Cloud Operations team which is led by Claus Glavind.
